Survey requests

A technician will inspect the service location, utilizing our lift truck, and perform any on-site tests required with no charge or obligation to you. We generally require between 2 to 3 days to complete a survey once a request is submitted. We will contact you as soon as we know the results.
A customer service representative will notify you as to whether or not your location is eligible for service. If you are eligible for service the representative will discuss your specific placement requirements, as well as all costs associated with Installation,
initialization, networking, and monthly usage fees. Payment for Initialization fees, Additional Network hardware, and any requested custom installation or network configuration will be due at the time of the installation, however, bandwidth fees will be billed on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.
Company policy requires that you or a responsible party are at the service location for the duration of the installation, which in most cases takes between two and four hours. For this reason we schedule in three hour increments: 8am to 11am, 11am to 2pm, and 2pm to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Installation crews try to stay on schedule, however, they may arrive at any time within the allotted time-frame.
